No Returns

Due to the artisanal nature of our work and to maintain the exclusivity of each item, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy allows us to uphold the integrity and uniqueness of our products.

Size-Related Concerns

We understand that sizing can sometimes be a challenge. If you experience any size-related issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. While we cannot guarantee a solution, we will do our best to assist you and, if possible, offer a size exchange or adjustment, subject to availability.

Please note:

  • Products must be in unused, unworn, and original condition to be eligible for any form of exchange.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
